Biography
Thomas Michael Muller, 58 of Hartford went to be with His savior unexpectedly on December 9, 2009.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM, Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at Duffield & Pastrick Family Funeral Home in Coloma. Visitation will be held Monday, December 14th from 4-8 PM at the funeral home. Burial with Military Honors will take place at Maple Hill Cemetery in Hartford. Memorials in memory of Tom may be made to Donor’s Choice. Tom was born on November 26, 1951 in Benton Harbor to Michael and Evelyn (Schadler) Muller. He graduated from St. Joseph High School in 1969. Tom received an associate degree in Electrical Engineering from Lake Michigan College in 1971. He graduated in the top of his class.
Tom served his Country in the United States Army from 1972 to 1974. He was stationed in Key West, Florida and worked in the field of electronics. He married the love of his life, Pamala Carol Prince on June 28, 1975 in Hartford at the Federated Church. Tom was a foreman at AEP and was employed there for 34 years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and a member of the NRA. Tom went to Alaska and Canada hunting and in 2007 he also went on a Safari to Africa for one month. It was a life long dream that he had. He enjoyed taking his boat out in Lake Michigan. In the winter months he especially loved ice fishing at Maple Lake in Paw Paw.
Tom is survived by his wife, Pam; his son, Michael (Maria) Muller of Hartford; daughter, Christine (David) Rainwater of Dowagiac; twin sister, Carol Cartwright of Hartford, four granddaughters, Cheyanne, Melissa, Emily and Allie and several nieces and nephews. Tom loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. He will be missed by those who knew him.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Evelyn Muller.
