Annetta M. Shouse, 81 of Hartford passed away at her residence on December 25, 2021.

Cremation has taken place and a celebration of her life is taking place privately by the family.

Annetta was born May 23, 1940 in Girard, Illinois to Mervin and Opal Smith.  In her free time she truly enjoyed gardening, dancing and going for drives.

Survivors include her five sons; Harold Shouse, Jr. of Hartford, Leo (Donna) Shouse of Hartford, Joseph (Michelle) Shouse of Hartford, Kenneth Shouse of Hartford, Kevin (Jennie) Shouse of Lawton; three daughters, Jennifer (Leonard) Mikell of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, Glenda (Paul) Shouse of Hartford, Lilah Shouse of Haleyville, Alabama, 21 grandchildren, and many many great grandchildren.

Annetta was preceded in death by her husband Harold Shouse, Sr. in 2011; and her brother Mervin Ivan Smith.
