Charles Wesley Moser, 82, of Watervliet, went to be with his Lord on October 5, 2015 after a short illness. A memorial service will be held at Midway Baptist Church on Friday, October 23, 2015 at 11AM with a luncheon to follow. Memorial donations in Charles memory may be made to the North Berrien Historical Society or Midway Baptist Youth Ministries. He graduated from Watervliet High School, Lake Michigan College and received his degree in agriculture from Western Michigan University. Charles' entire life was spent working in various fields of agriculture. One of his favorite "jobs" was training young peach trees to bare the weight of future crops. In his retirement years, his passion was planning and tending his flower gardens. Charles is survived by his wife Karen (DeRuyter) Moser and his brother William G. Moser. Also surviving him are many nieces and nephews, step-children, and step-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents Carl and Eva (Sumner) Moser and his sister Betty (Ralph) Kemp.
