Connie K. Mooneyhan, 76, formerly of Coloma, passed away Saturday, March 1, 2025 at Lakeland Hospital in St. Joseph.

A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, March 14th, at Duffield & Pastrick Family Funeral Home in Coloma. As per Connie's wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial donations in her memory may be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Connie was born on January 25, 1949 in Alicia, Arkansas to Emma and Oather Mitchell. Her family relocated to southwest Michigan in 1950. In her youth, Connie enjoyed dancing and playing softball. Later in life, she enjoyed an occasional trip to the casino and also enjoyed playing the scratch-off lottery tickets. Family was the most important thing for Connie. After raising her own daughter and two sons, she took pride in being a loving grandmother by cooking for and spending time with her grandchildren.

Connie is survived by her son Roy (Susie) Mooneyhan of Coloma, daughter Bonita (Ricky) Steakley of Coloma, and son Larry Mooneyhan of Dowagiac; four sisters, June (Herb) Loper of Coloma, Ruby (Dickie) Everette of Coloma, Karen (Barry) Tourtellotte of Bangor, and Peggy (Tony) Lloyd of Coloma; her sister-in-law Anita Mitchell of Bangor, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and several brothers and sisters.
