Jeanette A. Bachman, 92, of Coloma passed away Sunday, July 23 at her residence.

Cremation has taken place.  A memorial service celebrating her life will be held 5 pm Friday, July 28 at Duffield & Pastrick Family Funeral Home in Coloma where the family will receive friends beginning one hour prior to the service.  Donations in memory of Jeanette may be given to Hospice at Home.  Those wishing to leave an online message of remembrance may do so by using the "Guestbook" link located on this page.

Jeanette was born Feb 3, 1925 in Topeka, Kan. to John and Amy (Culp) Runions.  In her free time she truly enjoyed genealogy, loved playing cards with family and friends, and spending time with her grandchildren.  She also enjoyed watching various wildlife on their property such as turkeys, deer, squirrels and especially the hummingbirds.

Survivors includer her husband Paul G. Bachman whom she married October 25, 1947 in Newkirk, Okla.; a daughter Eleanor (William) Wick of San Diego; four grandchildren, Deana Goss of Coloma, Crystal (Fernando) Kenner of Goodyear Ariz., Stacey (William) Colbert of San Diego, and John (Michelle) Wick of San Diego.  Also surviving are 11 great grandchildren; Bradley (Mishelle) Goss, Danielle Goss, Adrian, Jocelyn, and Olivia Kenner, Brandon, Travis, and Trevor Colbert, Rylee, Tanner, and Tyler Wick; three great great grandchildren, Hunter and Maxwell Goss and Chase Caldwell and a special friend to the family, John Carrillo.
