Jeffrey T. Perrapato, 82 of Coloma passed away on April 27, 2026 at his home following an extended illness.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 17 at Duffield & Pastrick Family Funeral Home in Coloma. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorial donations in Jeff’s memory may be made to American Heart Association, Humane Society of Southwest Michigan or Autism Foundation. Jeff was born in Middletown, N.Y. to Carmine and Ruth (Billings) Perrapato He was a cardio thoracic surgeon in Kalamazoo, attended Georgetown University for his undergrad, medical school and general thoracic surgery residency. Jeff served in the Navy for 3 years, then completed his education at Cleveland Clinic for cardio thoracic surgery. Outside of work, Jeff loved sailing, gardening, traveling in his RV, being with his dogs and spending time with his grandkids.

Jeff is survived by his wife Christine, whom he married January 16, 1998; children Jeff Jr (Jess) Perrapato of Minnesota and Heidi Baushke of Coloma; and his brother Scott (Tracy) Perrapato of Vermont. Also surviving are his grandkids Loghan, Jordane and Brody and several nieces and nephews.

Jeff was preceded in death by his parents.
