Julia Aubermann, 92, of Coloma, passed away on May 5, 2019 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 8th at Duffield & Pastrick Family Funeral Home in Coloma with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. Additional services will take place on Thursday, May 9th at St. Mary Of The Hills in Rochester, Mich at 11:30 a.m. Burial will follow mass at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Township, Mich. Julia was born October 28, 1926 to Joannes and Carolina (Middernacht) Willaerts in Antwerp, Belgium where she grew up during World War II. She had many hardships but was a strong, loyal, faithful, brave woman who was able to persevere. Julia was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She loved eating authentic Belgian chocolate, was an artist at heart, a true poet, a master seamstress, and adored children.

Julia is survived by her children Nancy (Harold) Couch, Linda (Bob) Barlekamp, John (Cindy) Aubermann, Karen Loren, and Anthony (Cindy) Aubermann. Additional survivors include her grandchildren Victor Bertoldi, Christopher Barlekamp, Courtney Wood, Renee Loren, Ryan (Sarah) Loren, Ashley (George) Paz, Gabrielle Aubermann, Hayden Aubermann and Eve Aubermann; great grandchildren Skyler, Tristin, Jacob, Abigail, Kennedy, Addison, Emmeline, Augustus, and her cousin Rosette.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Frank in 1983, her brother Livinus, and her infant twin sister.
