Obituary

Olga J. Grenon, 83 of Coloma passed away surrounded by her immediate family, Sept 8, 2016 at Royalton Manor in St Joseph.

Per her wishes cremation has taken place.  Private burial of her ashes will take place at Fort Custer National Cemetery in Augusta, Michigan.  Donations in memory of Olga may be made to Hospice at Home,  Ele's Place, or the American Cancer Society.  Those wishing to leave an online message of remembrance may do so by using the "Guestbook" link located on this page.

Olga was born December 7, 1932 in Troy, New York to Peter and Eva (Skurda) Opar.  She had quite an extensive nursing career, working in New York, Michigan, and finally Wisconsin, where she retired in 1990.  Olga truly loved her kids and grandkids.  She was also a member of St Joseph Catholic Church in Watervliet.

She is survived by five sons; George (Julie) Grenon of Berrien Springs, Mike (Lisa) Grenon of Battle Creek, Chris (Kim) Grenon of South Haven, Paul (Kristin) Grenon of Coloma and Scott (Julie) Grenon of Wisconsin.  Also surviving are 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Olga was preceded in death by her husband George in 1997, a brother Peter Opar, and four sisters, Ann Gadek, Kay Cassino, Mae Menetti, and Rose Koval.
