Sheila S. Smith, 64, of Sodus passed away on April 23, 2021 at Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, April 27 at Duffield & Pastrick Family Funeral Home in Coloma with visitation beginning at noon. Cremation will follow. Those wishing to leave a message or share a memory with the family online may do so by selecting the link on this page.

Sheila was born February 9, 1957 in Sturgis, Mich. to Alvin and Doris (Kloko) Smith.   She worked at Hanson Cold Storage for about 20 years and also as a bartender and cook throughout the area most of her life. Sheila enjoyed reading, watching survivor and soap operas, playing pool in her younger days and cooking for family gatherings. Being a grandma is what she loved most of all.

Sheila is survived by her husband Tony, whom she married November 30, 2001; daughters Shanna (Matthew Coleman) Wade and Kara Smith; step children Amanda (Jared Putz) Smith and Trampas (Tricia) Smith; and sisters Donna (Al) Holmer, Linda Gober and Terry Ridge. Also surviving are her grandchildren Bradley (Kendra), Anthony, Noah, and Seth Wade, Rico Hadley, Xavier and Meo Vega-Smith, Honahlee, Halo and Crimson Smith and Chevy (Austin) Keeton; one great granddaughter Rylie Keeton; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sisters Sheri Hoard and Sue Loring, her brother Steve Lancaster and her step father Gordon McDonald.
