Steven J. Fulton, 50, of Coloma, passed away in the presence of his family on Friday, June 2, 2023 at Borgess Hospital following a sudden illness.

A memorial service celebrating Steve's life will be held at 6 p.m. Friday at Duffield & Pastrick Family Funeral Home in Coloma where friends may visit with the family beginning at 5 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in care of the family.

Steve was born in St. Joseph on May 8, 1973 and was a graduate of Watervliet High School. He married the love of his life, Jaime, on October 25, 2003 and have celebrated 22 years together. Steve was a very selfless person. He was also a very giving person, always willing to help anyone in need. Although he was a perfectionist, he was at the same time, a very laid back and social person. He lived life his own way, never concerning himself with what others may think. And the best way to get Steve to do something was to tell him it couldn't be done. He loved to prove people wrong in those situations.

Steve and Jaime were members of the Paw Paw River Jeep Club and enjoyed going on many off-road excursions together. They also have owned and operated Vineyards Chocolate on Friday Road for the past eight years.

Steve is survived by his wife Jaime; sons Darren (Rachael) Fulton of Watervliet and Nathan Rodgers of Coloma; his daughter Macayla Rodgers, also of Coloma; and his grandson Eli who was a special blessing and the sunshine of his life.

Steve was preceded in death by his brother Keith Fulton.
