Susan Wieser, 62, of Watervliet, passed away on Friday, August 19, 2022 at her residence following her courageous battle with cancer.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 30 ^th at Duffield and Pastrick Family Funeral Home in Coloma. Visitation with the family will begin one hour prior to the service.

Memorial donations in Susan's memory may be made to Caring Circle Hospice.

Susan was born on November 23, 1959 in Watervliet, Michigan to Gerald and Barbara Wieser. She was a graduate of Watervliet High School and then attended Lake Michigan College. She had been a loyal and dedicated employee at Skidmore Pump in Benton Harbor for 37 years prior to her retirement in 2021. Susan was known by others as a very kind, caring individual. She had the heart of an angel and made those around her feel safe. Her greatest joy in life was her family and she especially loved taking care of her grandson Everett. She will be missed.

Susan is survived by her daughter Kayla; her mother Barbara Wieser; two sisters, Joyce Wieser of Watervliet and Nancy Simmons of Lawrence; two brothers, Thomas Bauschke of Benton Harbor and Eric Wieser; her grandson Everett; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father Gerald and two brothers, Jerry and Kirk Wieser.
