Terry L. Barricklow, 77, of St. Joseph, passed away Friday, July 14, 2023 at Corewell Health Lakeland Hospital in St. Joseph following a brief illness.

As per Terry's wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life gathering among family and friends will be held August 12th from 2 - 4 p.m. at the home of David and Jodie Barricklow located at 1419 Kingman Drive in St. Joseph. Terry was born in Benton Harbor, Michigan on June 19, 1946 to James and Wilma (Blumenkamp) Barricklow. He graduated from Coloma High School and then earned his Associates Degree at Michigan State University. Terry served his country in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany. During the course of his life, he had worked in various sales, manufacturing and management positions. He had also served as a referee for various high school football and basketball games. Terry was an American history buff with a special interest in General George Custer. In later years, he did part time work to earn his golfing money. In addition to golf, Terry loved to work outside in his yard. He also enjoyed family reunions and pontoon boat rides on the lake.

Terry is survived by his wife Rita; his children, Phillip (Teri) Barricklow, Tim Barricklow, Dan Barricklow, and Joshua (Erin) Barricklow; his brother, Jim (Sue) Barricklow; eight grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
